I have always heard of panic attacks, but never really knew what they were about. A few years ago my sister was in chicago for a Pampered Chef convention and she got real scared and sick. Thought she had food poisoning. But her thoughts were running wild. They put her in an ambulance and took her to the hospital. (happened to be County General, what ER was modeled after) She got herself out after 4 hours and then went to see the musical, Wicked by herself. (Priorities!!) That was her first episode, she has had lots since.
I do have lots of instances where I lay in bed and think that none of my problems will ever be solved so why bother? Not sure how I get out of the funk, but somehow I do. Maybe it's just knowing I have to go pick up a kid somewhere?
So to answer your 'question', I don't mind you describing your episodes, I think it is informative. Plus, my neighbor girlfriend is severely bi-polar among other things, so it helps me to know a bit about what you/she go thru. There are days where she just doesnt surface, or if she does she is just not 'her'.
