oh yes, I just wish they were bigger! The perfect bite is a toasted crusty corner with a good amount of frost and filling.
Seems like we have tried most every kind. There is a new sort of flavor out, vanilla is it? I need to buy those. One time we bought the Kirkland organic kind, bad move. Gotta stay with Kellogg's. They fly out of the pantry at my house.
I will always love strawberry, but blueberry and cherry are lovely too. Why the heck do they even make them naked? Such a waste! I remember getting those kind in elementary school at breakfast in the cafeteria, LAME!
Good thing they are somewhat affordable.

I enjoyed reading this post. My sister used to send me boxes of them on my mission and I know that I haven't eaten one since then. Not sure why. So after I read your post, I decided I had to get Pop Tarts (frosted strawberry, for sure). Fortunately, only Andrew was with me and he didn't see them, so I can hide them and don't have to share. My kids don't even know what they are. Anyway, I had to eat one in the car so I didn't get to toast it. I think I'll go do that now!!! Thanks for the great suggestion!

I was 20 before I realized you were supposed to put them in the toaster--we just always ate them raw when I was a kid. Sorry to disappoint you, but nowadays I have no desire to eat another Pop Tart. But if I were really hungry and I only had Pop Tarts to choose from, I'd go with strawberry or blueberry (even with that creepy purple and blue crusty frosting).

They will do in a pinch.... (as you could tell from the open box when I last watched the kids at your house)
I do prefer toaster strudels, especially the raspberry ones. And if it has the cream cheese, then you have your grain, fruit, and dairy all in one. yum, yum.
