Solid Favor

OK you guys, I’m calling in a solid, because you love me, favor. You know I have my other site, blogthedayaway.com. Well, we have a page on there called Twilight Sisters. We started it because we didn’t feel like Twilighters and we didn’t know anyone on the Twilight Moms site so we thought we’d start our own fan group. Now, I am asking you to join my group. Only if you at least like the Twilight Series. Right now we’re just putting pictures and short blurbs about why you love Twilight but if we get enough people we might be able to start more discussions or even make t-shirts. My feeling is that if there are more than just Laura and Julianne and I in the group, more people will feel comfortable signing up. What do you think? Is that something you can do?
If so, just send a picture (could even be a family one) and a short paragraph about why you love the series. That’s it. Simple. Easy. You could do it right now. Then check out our Twilight Sisters page to see the fabulous group that you belong to. Our email address is go at blogthedayaway dot com.

I will do a “shoutout” to the group on my blog. I have lots of friends who love Twilight. Have you thought about making a button that we could put on our sidebar to advertise it? I would make it for ya, but I have no clue how. You know, kinda like the whole “Mormon Mommies” button.

Invite anyone and everyone you know who either likes Twilight and would enjoy being a Twilight Sister or who just enjoys tv, movies, books or music. The more the merrier.

How can anyone resist that pic of you pleading? To get more advertising, you should go leave comments on blogs of people asking them to join (like people you know who have blogged about twilight) There is this blog called Normal Mormon Husbands…have you seen it? Check this out http://mormonhusbands.blogspot.com/2008/12/breaking-news-cast-for-new-moon.html anyway, you can leave a comment there and I’m sure plenty of the readers will check you out. He has gotten hundreds of comments regarding twilight in the past (and I don’t know who he is in real life, I’m just a stalker of funny blogs)
