And Im talking abut the 12 and 13 year old!! Im constantly coaching them on the side, "remember, they cant SEE you nod your head.", "you have to tell them who you are, they are only hearing you.", "HELLO is an absolute MUST, dont just launch into your request." lets just say my kids’ phone skills are very similar to Obama’s bowling skills.
